The cost of services varies depending on your therapist and the type of session. Many clients use insurance and only pay a co-pay (if applicable). If you are paying out of pocket, your session fee will be confirmed before booking so you can make an informed decision.
Yes. We accept most extended health insurance plans in Canada. Coverage depends on your provider and plan. After each session, we provide a receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Many of our therapists offer flexible payment options, and some provide sliding scale fees based on need. We also encourage clients to explore available insurance coverage to help reduce out-of-pocket costs.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay securely through your client dashboard.
You will be charged after each session is completed. If you are paying with insurance, you'll be charged for any remaining out-of-pocket costs once your claim is processed.

No. There are no membership fees. You only pay for the therapy services you use.
We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows clients to reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours in advance at no cost. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, don't attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late to a 50 minute session, a late cancellation fee equal to the full service rate will be charged (unless the session can be resumed and care is delivered).
